The Afghan police announced that 4 people had been killed and 7 others wounded in two bomb attacks in the capital, Kabul and in the province of Kandahar (south).
The local channel ToloNews, quoting the police in Kabul, who said in a statement that an explosion took place this morning at a real estate agency located in the eighth district of Kabul.
The statement also said that the explosion left 2 civilians dead and injured 4 others.
Afghan police say they have opened an investigation into the attack.
In another separate attack, security sources reported that 2 civilians were killed and 3 others injured, including two police officers, in an explosion that targeted the car of the governor of Daman district in Kandahar.
The sources said that the governor of the province, Pir Mohammad, survived the attack.
Until 0735 GMT, neither party had yet claimed responsibility for the two attacks.
