On March 14, Chinese Deputy Foreign Minister Ma Trieu Huc had a dialogue on Iranian nuclear issue with Russian counterparts Sergei Ryabkov and Iran Kazem Gharibadi in Beijing, according to Reuters.
After the meeting, the three parties issued a joint statement, in which Russia and China welcomed Iran’s statement that its nuclear program was only for peaceful purposes, saying that Tehran’s right to use the peaceful nuclear energy should be respected.

The two diplomats of Russia and China also emphasized that Iran’s nuclear dialogue with the US should only recover based on mutual respect and the entire unrequited embargo must be removed.
“China, Russia and Iran emphasized that the parties should be committed to resolving the root cause of the current situation and abandoning embargo, pressure or threatening force,” Ma said.
In 2015, Iran reached an agreement with the P5+1 group (England, USA, Russia, France, China and Germany) in limiting Tehran’s nuclear program to change the lifting of international embargo. In 2018, US President Donald Trump then withdrew from the agreement.
In February, after returning to the White House to be the second president of the United States, Mr. Trump restored the campaign to put maximum pressure on Iran, including measures to prevent the Gulf of the Gulf of Petroleum Export.
Last week, Mr. Trump said he sent a letter to the supreme leader of Iran Ali Khamenei to propose a nuclear dialogue, saying there were two ways to handle Iran including military or agreement.
Iranian President Masoud Peezeshkian later announced that he would not negotiate with the United States when threatened and Tehran would not bow to the “command” of dialogue from Washington.
Iran stated that its nuclear program was completely mild and closely supervised by the International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA). However, IAEA last month said that Iran significantly acceled the enrichment of uranium to about 90% of the weapons level.
