1. Bad Managers
Bad managers are often the biggest cause of employee dissatisfaction. To be a good manager, it is very important to provide training, take feedback from employees and maintain transparency in promotions. For this, start a management training program and give employees an opportunity to give feedback about their manager. Make the promotion process fair and transparent.
2. Toxic Culture
If the environment at the work place is bad, it destroys the enthusiasm and productivity of the employees. The solution to this is to remove employees with toxic behavior. An environment of open discussion should be created and a survey should be conducted to get the feedback of the employees.
