In the second season of hosting the TNSV THACO Cup qualifying round in the Southeast region, Bau Thanh stadium welcomes a new spring with the new managing unit, H.Long Dat. The Bau Thanh yard campus has been upgraded to be more spacious with many bold cultural and historical themes. The stadium rated as the most beautiful in the qualifying round of the TNSV THACO Cup 2025 will welcome 4 teams from Ba Ria-Vung Tau University, Binh Duong University, Dong Nai University of Technology, Lac Hong University and 2 College rookies. Sonadezi Technology and Management and Lilama 2 International College of Technology.

We are proud that the grass at Bau Thanh Stadium is among the top in the country, better than many first-class teams, and is well cared for even better than last year. This year, the district invested in an additional system of experience areas for football teams to take lunch breaks and meals. The district People’s Committee has directed the security and medical forces to coordinate closely so that the tournament takes place smoothly and excitingly.”
In the first season, the organizers selected the top 2 teams in the group (3 teams in each group) to play in the play-offs. This year, the Organizing Committee decided to select 2 teams ranked first and second in each group to compete in the knockout division, selecting the 2 best names to compete for the only ticket to the final round (finals). This adjustment immediately received high response from the teams. Binh Duong University team head coach Tran Phu Vinh commented: “We clearly feel the great attention from the tournament organizers, taking care of each team from beautiful grounds, security, health care to clothes for the players. Athletes. Adjusting the competition format is very good for teams, when strong names have more opportunities to show off, compete and achieve the best results.”
Last season, Dong Nai University of Technology entered the finals and excellently won the bronze medal, creating great motivation for other teams to invest more. Coach Deo Dang Khoa (Lac Hong University) affirmed that this year the school will focus all its resources on the TNSV THACO cup 2025, with the goal of reaching the final match. Similarly, Binh Duong University will be a mystery when training troops very early for the dream of the finals. All are ready for 9 matches (from January 4 to 12) that promise to be very attractive at Bau Thanh Stadium, to choose the most worthy name to represent the Southeast region to attend the finals.
