Accordingly, FAS sold the majority of tickets to Singapore fans to support the home team, a total of about 5,375 tickets, including prices of 49 USD (about 1.2 million VND), 35 USD (890,000 VND) and 24 USD (over 610,000 VND). These tickets were sold out at 6:20 p.m. on December 22. However, realizing that the demand from Vietnamese fans to buy tickets to support the home team is so great, many speculators or Singaporean fans have tried to resell them at very high prices.

On December 23, FAS had to issue a warning: “We cannot guarantee the authenticity of tickets resold on social media and/or online shopping platforms.

If away team fans buy tickets from resellers and sit in the home team fan area, they will be denied entry. You will even be kicked off the field immediately if the security forces detect you entering the field and sitting in the stands for home team fans. Away team fans are only allowed in the away team’s designated fan area.”

Meanwhile, Singapore team captain, player Hariss Harun, went to the ticket sales place to give lucky Singapore fans 10 tickets to enter the stadium.
