While the S&P 500 index increased by about 49 points and closed at the level of 6084.19. Talking about Asia, GIFT NIFTY is absolutely flat, while Nikkei 225 is up by 1.28 percent. Strait Times has gained 0.23 percent while Hang Seng has strengthened by about 0.76 percent. Taiwan Weighted is showing a rise of 1.10 percent while Kospi has strengthened by about 0.31 percent.
