Indus Towers
British telecom company Vodafone will sell its 3 percent stake in Indus Towers to repay the loan of US $ 101 million (about Rs 856 crore). Vodafone will use the remaining amount after repaying the loan to repay the dues of its Indian enterprise Vodafone Idea. Indus Towers shares closed at Rs 358.75 on BSE on Wednesday. On this basis, the value of this deal is around Rs 2,841 crore.

The board will meet on December 9 to discuss a proposal to raise up to Rs 2,000 crore by issuing equity shares or convertible securities on a preferential basis to entities within the Vodafone Group.
Torrent Pharmaceuticals
The company signed an agreement with Germany-based Boehringer Ingelheim International to acquire three anti-diabetes brands. The acquisition will be completed by March 2025. Suzlon Energy
Suzlon Group has won the contract for additional 302.4 MW wind energy project in Karnataka from Jindal Renewables. Suzlon had also received a contract for 400 MW wind energy from Jindal Renewable Power in October. Suzlon and Jindal Renewables’ subsidiary JSP Green Wind1 have expanded their partnership with an additional 302.4 MW wind power project in the Koppal region of Karnataka, the group said.
Larsen & Toubro
The company has completed the acquisition of 15 per cent stake in E2E Networks through preferential allotment. The secondary acquisition of 6 per cent from the promoter of E2E Networks is expected to be completed on or before May 30, 2025.
