SBI
Public sector lender State Bank of India (SBI) has raised a total of Rs 50,000 crore so far in the current financial year, which includes Rs 10,000 crore raised from bonds issued for the infra sector. SBI had raised Rs 10,000 crore through its 7th infrastructure bond issue earlier this month.
Godrej Properties
Godrej Properties will raise up to Rs 6000 crore through QIP. The company issued its QIP with the intention of selling equity shares to investors. The board of directors of Godrej Group’s real estate company had last month approved a proposal to raise up to Rs 6,000 crore to finance the growth plan. The base price for QIP has been fixed at Rs 2,727.44 per equity share.
Infosys
IT company Infosys will give an average performance-based bonus of 90 percent to its eligible employees in the second quarter of the current financial year. This will be paid along with the salary at the end of November. According to sources, the performance ‘bonus’ in the second quarter (July-September) is on an average around 90 per cent, whereas in the first quarter (April-June) it was around 80 per cent.
Hudco, NBCC (India)
Housing and Urban Development Corporation signed an MoU with NBCC (India) for the development of 10 acres of land owned by HUSCO in Noida. NBCC will complete this project which will cost around Rs 600 crore.
LIC
The company has filed an appeal before the GST Appellate Authority, Tamil Nadu, against the order demanding GST of Rs 104 crore for the financial year 2019-20 along with interest of Rs 45 lakh and penalty of Rs 11 crore.
Waree Renewables
Waari Renewable Technologies has received an order worth Rs 1233.47 crore to set up a solar PV project of 2012.47 MW capacity. In the information given to the stock market, the company said that this order has been placed by a domestic company engaged in the development and implementation of renewable energy projects. According to regulatory information, the value of the order is approximately Rs 12,33,47,78,778 (excluding taxes).
KEC International
The company has received an order worth Rs 1,704 crore from Power Grid Corp in its transmission and distribution business. With these new orders, the company’s year-to-date orders have reached Rs 16,300 crore.
