The Samsung Galaxy S25 series is scheduled to launch in early 2025, but a new leak already gives us an idea of its possible design. A video posted on Reddit, mistakenly titled “S24 Ultra definitely” but actually referring to the Galaxy S25 Ultra according to reliable leaker Ice Universe, shows rounded corners, unlike Samsung’s current flagship smartphones. This feature, already teased by previous rumors, aligns with the more rounded user interface elements present in the upcoming One UI 7 software update, which Samsung will release soon.
S24 Ultra definitely.

The video also shows a glossy finish, metallic-looking edges and Samsung’s unmistakable rear camera setup – elements already seen in the alleged Galaxy S25 Ultra dummy models leaked last week. The move to a softer-edged design is also a trend seen in Google’s Pixel line, which has ditched the boxy look of the Pixel 6. If Samsung goes this route, the Galaxy S25 Ultra should be more comfortable to hold than the S24 Ultra with sharp edges. To have definitive confirmation, we will have to wait for the official announcement of the S25 series, which should take place during Samsung’s Unpacked event, usually in January or February.
