Hyundai Creta EV will be equipped with these features
Hyundai Creta EV has been spotted testing on several occasions. Every day the latest spy images of the new electric car are seen on the internet. If the image is to be believed, instead of giving a new look to the electric version of its Creta, Hyundai will present it with this new design. Being an electric car, it will have a special closed front grille and more aerodynamic alloy wheels for better efficiency. It is expected that the electric car will get an updated rear bumper and the new Creta EV badge will also be seen in it.
It is being said that Hyundai has improved the cabin by borrowing design elements from the Alcazar instead of the fuel-powered Creta. The new EV SUV will get a brand new three-spoke steering wheel with driver selector. The center console will see the familiar layout with double cupholders, control buttons for auto hold and electronic brake, 360-degree camera and front ventilated seats. Apart from the wireless phone charger, the automatic climate control set-up will be like the Alcazar. Creta will retain double 10.25-inch displays for the infotainment system and driver console. Creta EV will have many features like Level 2 ADAS, six airbags, tire pressure monitoring system, hill start assist control, electronic stability control, front parking sensor.
If reports are to be believed, Creta EV will have a battery of 45 kWh capacity. This car will be capable of giving a range of up to 500 km on a single charge. The same capacity battery setup is available in the entry-level variant of Tata Curve. On the other hand, MG ZS EV has a battery of 50.3 kWh capacity. The upcoming Maruti Suzuki E Vitara is also preparing to enter the electric segment with two battery options.
