Dhanteras is celebrated on the 13th day of the dark fortnight of the Hindu lunar month Ashwin. According to Drik Panchang, this year Dhanteras will be celebrated on Friday, 29 October 2024. This almanac states that “Lakshmi puja on Dhanteras i.e. Dhantrayodashi should be performed only during Pradosh Kaal,” which starts after sunset and lasts for about 2 hours 24 minutes.
The puja muhurat starts at 6:47 PM and ends at 8:36 PM, with the duration of the puja being 1 hour 49 minutes. Here are other auspicious times of the day.
