Maharashtra Ladla Bhai Yojana:The coalition government of Maharashtra has started a special scheme to attract the youth before the assembly elections. The Mahayuti government of BJP-Shiv Sena and NCP has named this scheme ‘Ladka Bhau Yojana’, which can be called ‘Ladla Bhai Yojana’ in Hindi. Under this scheme, the youth doing apprenticeship in a factory will be given a scholarship or stipend of 6 to 10 thousand rupees every month based on their educational qualification.
What will you get in Ladla Bhai Yojana
Under the Ladka Bhau or Laadla Bhai scheme, financial help will be given to the youth of Maharashtra, which will be according to their educational qualification.
- 12th pass students will be given 6 thousand rupees every month.
- Diploma holders will be given 8 thousand rupees every month.
- Graduate youth will be given Rs 10,000 every month.
- The youth will get this amount for 6 months.

Terms and Conditions of Ladla Bhai Scheme
To take advantage of this scheme of Maharashtra Government, apart from educational qualification, the youth will have to fulfill some conditions, which are as follows:
- The youth will have to work as an apprentice in a factory for one year.
- Under this scheme, the youth will work in a factory, but the stipend amount given to them will be paid by the state government.
- To take advantage of this scheme, the age of the youth should not be less than 18 years and not more than 35 years. That is, only youth between 18 to 35 years will get its benefit.
- Those youths who do not work as apprentices in any factory despite fulfilling the required age criteria for the scheme will not get the benefit of the Ladka Bhau scheme.

Opportunity to get a job during training
Under the scheme, the youth who complete the apprenticeship will be given a certificate of completion of training by that factory. If the management of that factory likes the work of the youth undergoing training, then they can also get a job there. Apart from this, if any factory management wants, it can also give more money from its side to the youth working as an apprentice in addition to the stipend given by the state government. Under this scheme, the state government will pay the stipend amount to the youth every month. This stipend will be available for 6 months. Any youth can avail the benefit of this scheme launched under the Chief Minister Youth Training Scheme only once.

Maharashtra government has introduced Ladli Behan Yojana
The Mahayuti government has earlier announced the ‘Majhi Ladki Bahin Yojana’ for women, which is being called Meri Ladli Bahan Yojana in Hindi. Under this scheme, brought on the lines of Madhya Pradesh’s Ladli Bahana Yojana, women from economically weaker sections will be given Rs 1500 every month. In the first phase of the scheme, money will be deposited in the bank accounts of sisters on Rakshabandhan. Shortly after the announcement of this scheme, the Maharashtra government has now announced the launch of Ladka Bhau Yojana for young boys. This scheme has been launched under the Chief Minister’s Youth Work Training Scheme. The opposition says that the coalition government is introducing these schemes only to woo voters in the Assembly Elections.
