Infosys
Infosys has announced a 5-year collaboration with SectorAlarm, one of Europe’s leading security providers, to transform its core enterprise business systems on the cloud. SectorAlarm is partly owned by global investment firm KKR.
Adani Energy Solutions
Diamond Power Structure Limited (DPIL) said that it has received an order of about Rs 900 crore for the supply of conductors from Adani Energy Solutions Limited. In a notice to the stock exchange, DPIL said that it has received an order worth Rs 899.75 crore from Adani Energy for the supply of new generation aluminum alloy conductors. This order is to be completed by April 2025.
ONGC
Public sector Oil and Natural Gas Corporation (ONGC) will invest about Rs 2 lakh crore to achieve the target of net zero carbon emissions by 2038. Under this initiative, ONGC will set up renewable energy places and green hydrogen plants. The company, which produces about two-thirds of the country’s crude oil and about 58 percent of natural gas, released a 200-page document detailing the plan to achieve the target of net zero emissions.

RVNL has emerged as the lowest bidder for a railway contract worth Rs 203 crore from South Eastern Railway. It has signed an agreement with Tatweer Middle East and Africa for rail-based work in the MENA region and European countries. It has also received a project worth Rs 187 crore from Maharashtra Metro Rail Corporation to build 6 elevated metro stations in Nagpur.
Adani Power
Adani Power’s unit Mahan Energen has signed a 20-year power purchase agreement with Reliance Industries for 500 MW. Under the agreement, Reliance Industries acquired a 26 percent stake in one of Mahan Energen’s 600 MW thermal power units.
Delta Corp
Delta Corp reported a 67.6 per cent decline in consolidated net profit to Rs 21.68 crore for Q1FY2025. Revenue from operations also fell 30 per cent to Rs 181 crore in the June quarter from Rs 259 crore in the corresponding quarter of the previous fiscal.
Adani Ports
Adani Ports has received a Letter of Intent to develop and operate Berth No. 13 at Deendayal Port in Gujarat with a concession period of 30 years.
