An off-duty NYPD officer was arrested for allegedly strangling his girlfriendthe authorities reported.
Identified Elisamuel Samboy28, who is assigned to the 83rd precinct in Bushwock, He was captured in the early hours of Saturday after a fight with his partner “turned physical”explained a spokesman for the New York Police Department.
samboy allegedly grabbed the victim’s arm, forced her out of the house and left her outside with scratches and “bruises in the neck area”the NYPD spokesman explained.
The exact location of the event is not clear, but the authorities expressed that Samboy was detained in the confines of the 73rd Precinct, which covers an area of northeast Brooklyn that contains Browsville and Ocean Hill.
According to officials, Samboy is charged with strangulation, the New York Post reported.
