The activity is within the framework of the UK Festival organized by the British Embassy on the occasion of the 50th anniversary of diplomatic cooperation between Vietnam and the UK. This year’s event has a theme Building for the future (Building for the Future) focuses on the diplomatic relationship between the UK and Vietnam in the areas of trade, education and sustainable development.
The event takes place on September 9 and 10, is open for free with many culinary activities, cultural exhibitions, football, music, fashion and many display booths of related units.
At the event, 6 designers from the London Academy of Design and Fashion were invited to participate in the fashion show including Vu Ta Linh, Lam Bui, Hue Anh, Huyen Pham, Esther Tram and Ta Thi Huong.
Designer Vu Ta Linh has been faithfully pursuing sustainable fashion with handmade elements for the past 10 years, minimizing the involvement of machines. Old products are constantly being transformed to suit modernity
