The Luna 25 mission had a budget of around $200 million. The budget of around Rs 1,651 crore covered various expenses including launch operations, mission control and analysis of data from the moon. The probe was equipped with sophisticated instruments including spectrometers and cameras. The equipment was designed to analyze the surface structure of the moon and capture more detailed images.
